Hi! I’m Kelli Lee Dillard, the owner of Slayte and a proud Murfreesboro native. I’ve always had a passion for organizing and a heart for serving others, which inspired me to turn that love into something bigger. With the support of my husband, Devin, and our two amazing sons, Nolen and Daxten, I launched Slayte to help families and individuals bring order and peace back into their homes.

I’m now building a team of like-minded women who share my belief that everyone deserves a space that feels good to live in. When you invite Slayte into your home, you’re not just getting organizers—you’re welcoming a team that truly cares and is excited to help create a home that works beautifully for you.

At the heart of Slayte is my family—the real reason I do what I do. Life with two busy boys who are both in school and sports means our home has to be as functional as it is organized. Thankfully, I’ve got two little helpers who keep me on my toes. Dax, my youngest, proudly considers himself a personal stylist and is just as particular about his things as his mama. Nolen, our oldest, has fully embraced the Slayte spirit—he’s basically our team mascot and loves tagging along on jobs with me. Both boys are equal parts fun-loving and organized, a blend that keeps our days full and our home running smoothly.

Then there’s Devin—my husband, my encourager, and the dreamer who always pushes me to go after what’s next. He’s the risk-taker behind Slayte and the reason I had the courage to build something from the ground up. He also doesn’t let a single item sit in the sink, so it’s safe to say the backbone of Slayte is one tightly-run (and well-organized!) family.
